Ward was born on the 15th of April 1976 in MonroeLouisiana. She was a student at an exclusive Christian elementary school known as Monroe Christian School. Following the completion of her high school studies she transferred to River Oaks High School in the summer of her junior-year. In the school, she was a part of the dance and drill team. After graduating she briefly attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward left school at the age of 13 and moved into New York so that she could begin modeling. Several years later she decided to attempt acting. In the 70s, Ward had a small part that was not credited in the soap opera daytime All My Children. Then she landed a short-lived role in NBC's prime-time teen drama Malibu Shores. Then, in the fall of 1996, Ward was cast as Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. She began her quest for an acting career in the film industry, starring as her psychotic Brittany Foster in the erotic film The In Crowd. It failed to make a profit in theatres, but it did find some successes on home and cable. Ward had a role as a backup in Shallow Hal the following year. Ward has also appeared in several other direct-to DVD films as well as guest roles in various TV shows including Friends. In 2009she was cast in the role of Chloe Kmet, the mother to a young girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She also had a personal life. was married to director David C. Robinson and was blessed with a son named Cameron and David.
